Cancellation Policy
We require a £10 deposit to secure your appointment.
Cancellations need to be given at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to another appointment slot. Deposits cannot be transferred to another account.
If 24 hours notice is not given, deposit is non - refundable or transferable.
