Microchipping
Microchipping is compulsory for all dogs and cats in England. Having your pet microchipped is one of the best ways to increase your chances of getting your pet home should they go missing. Unlike dog tags and collars, which can fall off or be removed, microchipping is a more permanent form of identifying your pet.
The microchip is embedded under the skin, like an injection, and can take just a couple of seconds to implant. This way, your pet has a much higher chance of being reunited with you if you find yourselves apart!
